摘要
目的观察天麻丹杜汤治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法将150例高血压病病人随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(50例),两组均采用尼群地平片、美托洛尔(倍他乐克)片口服为基础治疗,治疗组加用天麻丹杜汤,对照组加用中药安慰剂,疗程4周。观察比较两组临床症状、血压、生活质量状况等。结果治疗组降压总有效率91.00%,对照组总有效率90.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组对临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组可明显改善病人的生活质量。结论天麻丹杜汤治疗高血压病可较好地改善病人临床症状,且安全,无毒副反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianmadandu Decoction for hypertension. Methods One hundred and fifty patients （pts） with hypertension were divided into treatment group （ n = 100） and control group （ n = 50）. The pts in treatment group treated with Tianmadandu Decoction. The pts in control group treated with nitrendine tablets and Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets. The safety, clinic symptom, blood pressure and life qualities were assessed. Results The decrease rate of high blood pressure in the treatment group was 91.00% and that in control group was 90.00% （P 〉0.05）. The curative effect was better and life qualities in pts with hypertension was improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tianmadandu Decoction was effective and safe for hypertension.
