脑特异性血管生成抑制因子的研究进展

摘要 在成人多数正常组织中.血管生成促进因子和抑制因子处于相对平衡的状态。如果这一平衡被打破就可能导致生理性(如伤口愈合)或病理性(如肿瘤)血管生成。实验和临床结果均表明肿瘤自身血管系统形成是实体瘤生长和转移过程中至关重要的步骤.因此研究肿瘤血管生成的调控机制及调控因子并将其应用于肿瘤的基因治疗成为当前肿瘤治疗的热点之一。
