摘要
在我国,新的社会阶层是改革开放以来新出现的、具有较高收入的阶层,具有八个方面的特点。新的社会阶层的崛起源于社会发展的客观需要、国家法律政策的大力支持、经济体制和产业结构的变化和分配制度改革的结果。党的统战工作面对新的社会阶层崛起的现实,必须进行创新。
In our country, a social stratum with high income, which is newly emerging after opening and reforming, possesses eight features. The reasons of its emerging are the subjective need of the development of the society, the great support from the law policy of the country, the changing of the economic system and industrial structure and the reforming of the distribution system. Faced with the new reality of the emerging of the new social stratum, innovation should be made in the Party＇s united front work.
