摘要
目标业务模型设计与实现这两个阶段的工作是ERP实施的中心内容,而深入细致的需求调研是业务模型设计与实现的坚实基础。需求调研主要有业务流程调研、表单及其流转调研和系统期望调研。设计业务模型时应首先进行流程优化,流程优化应该遵循USIA(理解-简化-整合-自动化)原则,结合软件系统的功能进行,不能简单地追求自动化,而且流程优化并不等于BPR。目标业务模型是一张蓝图,而详细解决方案则是实现目标业务模型的详细施工图。
The design and realization of objective business model is the core of ERP, deep and detailed requirement investigation is the solid basis to design and realize business model. Requirement investigation includes business process investigation, form and its flow investigation, system expectation investigation; when designing business model, should optimize process at first; optimizing process should keep to the principles of understanding- simpleness - integrationautomatization, combine the function of software system, can not pursue the automatization only, furthermore, process optimization do not equal to Business Process Reengineering. Objective business model is a blue print, whereas detailed settlement project is the shop drawing to realize objective business model.
