摘要
高校基层党组织考核评价工作是非常重要的。在实践中,要遵循基层党组织考核评价工作的基本原则,了解工作中的辨证关系,建构考核评价模式的基本框架,同时,要进一步完善考核评价具体操作环节。
Checking and evaluating the basic organization of （;PC in institutions of higher education are very important. In practice, should keep to the basic principle to check and evaluate basic organization of CPC, understand the dialectic relationship, construct the basic framework of check and evaluation, at the same time perfect the material operation links.
