摘要
本文分析了福建梅花山自然保护区土地资源的形成过程、目前状况和主要特点。在此基础上,探讨了该保护区今后土地资源的开发利用问题。今后,在保护区内,应以保护森林资源为主,适当兼顾经济效益。为达到维护生态平衡,创造最佳整体效益的目的,作者提出了调整农业用地、封山育林和大力发展衣副业生产等具体的措施,可作为该保护区今后在土地资源开发利用中的参考。
This paper analyses the formalive process, the present situation and the principal characteristic of the land resources of the natural protection region of the Mei-hua Mountian in Fujian. On the basis of this, it investigates the issue of exploitable utilization of the land resources of the natural protection in the days to come. In future, at the natural protection we must first protect the forest resources, and then consider economic benefit appropriately. In order to defend ecological balance and create the best whole benefit, the author puts forward a concrete measure on regulating structure of agricultural land, closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, developing energetically the production of agriculture and sideline. The-measure will be consulted in the days to come on the exploitable utilization of the land resources of the natural protection region.
