摘要
本文分析了当前主流管理信息系统中普遍存在的问题,并基于Web Service和.NET技术,提出了新一代的管理信息系统技术框架——面向服务的WebMIS软件平台框架。最后介绍了基于Web Service和.NET技术的新一代WebMIS平台的设计与实现。
