摘要
金属磁记忆检测技术是对铁磁设备部件隐性损伤进行早期诊断,防止部件突发性疲劳破损的一种无损检测新技术,它可以准确检测出被测对象上以应力集中区为特征的危险部件和部位,是对铁磁部件进行早期诊断唯一行之有效的非破坏测试方法,通过对漏磁场检测,判别磁场的法向分量过零点这个明显特征,从而确定铁磁部件存在缺损或应力集中,这种漏磁检测方法,可以方便快捷地发现应力集中区,实现对设备部件的早期诊断。
Metal magnetic memory technology (MMMT) is new nondestructive testing (NDT) method that can detect the hidden damage in ferromagnetic component early and avoid component--tired damage happen abruptly. The method can accurate detect stress concentration zone (SCZ) on dangerous component or position by measure. That is one and only effective method that is nondestructive testing for detect ferromagnetic component. By detect metal magnetic component leak magnetic field , estimate magnetic field perpendicular to the material surface approach by zero that is evidence feature , so ensure ferromagnetic component exist damage or stress concentration in this zone. This method of measure leak magnetic field can find out stress concentration zone fast and convenient, implement to detecting for equipment component early.
