摘要
农产品加工业,一端连接着城乡居民的最终消费,其发展状况决定着城乡居民日益多样化,多层次和多变的新需求的满足程度;另一端是农业产业的延伸与发展,对提高农产品附加值,增加农民收入具有重要意义。以部分地方农产品的实际运行情况为基础,分析了农产品加工业的现状,讨论了发展优势及存在的主要问题,根据建设社会主义新农村的要求,总结了农产品加工业的经营模式,探讨了其发展路径。
Agricultural products processing industry, linking to urban and rural residential consumption, is closed related to their satisfaction for increasingly diversified demands. It is an extention of agricultural industry in terms of enhancing the added value of agricultural products and peasant income. By surveying the cument conditions of agricultural product processing industry in some places, the paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. According to the requirement of building socialist new rural areas, it presents the approaches to improving the operation modes of agricultral and product processing industry.
