摘要
本文进一步研究了密接双分离多光谱富里叶变换镜头的像差稳定性。讨论了当玻璃材料选定后色差系数C_I的选取及其对像差稳定性的影响等问题,得出确定最佳C_I值的原则。文中给出了双片多尤谱富氏镜头的设计例。
In this paper we present a further study on the aberration stability of the Fourier transform(FT)doublet lens used for alternative laser light sources. For given glass material, the selection of the chromatic cofficient C_I and its effects on the aberration stability etc. are discussed. The principle for optiumization C_I are proposed. One design example of this kind of FT lens was also given.
