摘要
研究了不同发育阶段、不同干燥方式及不同贮藏条件对葡萄花粉生活力的影响.结果表明:葡萄始花期(15%-20%的花已开放)的花粉生活力为67.05%-82.42%,明显高于开花前2 d的花粉生活力(6.92%-10.41%);室内自然阴干、干燥器干燥及太阳下晾晒(6 h)的花粉平均生活力分别为63.78%、41.78%、13.16%;常温、4℃及-18℃条件下贮藏30 d的花粉平均生活力分别为5.21%1、8.19%、23.73%.因此,室内自然阴干是花粉的最佳干燥方式,且花粉贮藏以低温干燥法最好.
The effects of development stage, desiccating methods and storage conditions on grape pollen viability were studied. The results showed that grape pollen viability in beginning of blooming period( 15% -20 % flowers bloomed) was 67.05 %-82.42 %,which was obvious higher than that determined 2 days before blooming (6.92 %-10.41 %). Average pollen viability was 63.78 %,41.78 % and 13. 16%,respectively, in the conditions of drying in the shade,drying in desiccator and drying in the sun. Average pol- len viability was 5.21%,18.19 % and 23.73 %,respectively,storaged in the condition of room temperature,4 ℃ and -18 ℃ for 30 days. Therefore,drying in the shade and storaged at low temperature were the best for pollen.
