摘要
本文分别从理论上、森林生态系统本身和林业生产过程三个方面探讨了森林生态环境因素作为林业（农业）生产要素的依据。指出确定森林生态环境因素是林业生产要素的观点意义在于：为森林生态环境价值计算提供理论根据；重新明确形成林业产出的成本因素。
The bases of forest ecological envirorirnent as forest preduction essential factor are found from classical theory, forest eco-system and forest preduction process in this paper. The airns that forest ecological environment as forest preduction esscential factor is put forward are to help calculate value of forest ecological environment and redefine cost factors of forest production.
