摘要
本文从经济学的角度阐述了对污染的最优控制，即确定污染控制的最优水平和最优分配，以及实现对污染控制的方法。
This paper discussed the issue of the optimum control of pollution from economics angle, to wit: defining the optimal standards and the optirnal distribution of pollution control. And proposed the way to realize the optimum control of pollution.
