摘要
探索了一种简便实用的方法用于两性霉素B中间体含量的检测,该方法基于两性霉素B在405±2nm处有最大紫外吸收峰。方法应用于中间体含量的测定,结果与液相法一致,回收率为98%-102%,相对标准偏差低于2%。
A simple and practical method used for determinate the content of Amphotericin B intermediate was discussed in this paper. Based on Amphotericin B has a max UV absorption at wavelength 405±2 nm. This method had already been applied and the results accorded with the HPLC. The recovery rate 98%-102%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were all below 2%.
