摘要
作者从当前公共图书馆发展中存在的问题出发,提出必须加强公共图书馆的文化底蕴培育,阐述了公共图书馆文化底蕴培育的内涵及培育的具体措施。
The author proposes that public library should cultivate its cultural details because there are some problems in its development. The contents of cultural details and specific methods of public library are also studied in this paper.
