摘要
用K2Mo3O10-B2O3作助熔剂,采用缓慢降温自发成核的方法,生长了稀土四硼酸盐晶体TmxY1-xAl3(BO3)4(简称TYAB),晶体尺寸为8×6×5mm3.对所获得晶体进行X射线结构分析,表明TYAB晶体属三方晶系,晶胞参数a=9.237,c=7.192.测定了该晶体室温下的红外光谱、反射光谱、激发光谱及荧光光谱,当用261nm波长激发时。
Rare earth tetraborate crystals Tm x Y 1- x Al 3(BO 3) 4(TYAB) are grown by the slow cooling methed through spontaneous nucleation using K 2SO 4-MoO 3-B 2O 3 as flux. The typical crystal size is about 8×6×5mm 3. X ray diffraction data show that the TYAB crystal belongs to the rhombohedral system. The unit cell parameters are a =9.237, c =7.192. Furthermore,the infrared,reflection,excitation and emission spectra of the TYAB crystal at room temperature are measured.The emission of the 3 P 0→ 3H 4 transition (345nm,bluish purple) and 1 D 2→ 3H 4 transition(450nm,bluish green) are observed at 261nm excitation.
