摘要
应用DTA/T/EGD/GC在线联用技术,对倍半氧化羧乙基锗(Ge-132)在N2气氛中的热分解反应历程(室温~980℃)进行了研究。依据DTA/T/EGD/GC提供的信息,分别对220℃、350℃、650℃、800℃、900℃、980℃等反应温度下的热分解残物,应用XRD仪进行了物相鉴定,并测定了Ge-132在N2气氛中(室温~930℃)的TG/DTG曲线。对DTA曲线上显示的五个吸热效应和一个放热效应的性质作出了判断和验证,并对该热分解反应中逸出气的组成演变、残物中的Ge和GeO2晶相的析出以及GeO2在高温下转化为Ge的反应历程进行了探讨。
By applying DTA/T/EGD/GC on line coupled simultaneous technique, the reaction mechanism (ambient temperature ̄990℃) of the thermal decomposition of Ge 132 in N 2 atmosphere was studied. According to the information provided by the DTA/T/EGD/GC curves, the substance phase of the thermal decomposition residue at reaction temperature 220℃,350℃,650℃,820℃,900℃ and 980℃ were identified respectively by using the X ray diffractometer. TG/DTG curves of Ge 132 was detected from ambient temperature to 930℃ in N 2 atmosphere. By analyzing the above information and data, the characteristic of five endothermal effects and one exothermal effect presented on the DTA curve is determined and verified. The variaton of composition of the reaction evolved gas produced by thermal decomposition reaction of Ge 132 at N 2 atmosphere, as well as the crystal releasing of Ge and GeO 2, and the reaction mechanism of transformed GeO 2 to Ge in the high temperature are discussed.
