摘要
分析了铝合金连杆压铸模影响寿命因素，采用相应措施和选用4G3M02NivndB新型压铸模电渣钢，优化复合渗强化热处理新工艺，该模寿命比原用3G2W8V电炉钢提高3-5倍，且有光泽美观商品表面。
Analyzed the factor of the aluminum alloy connecting-rod die-casting mold influence life, Choose 4Cr3Mo2NiVNbB die-casting mold electroslag steel can optimized the new technics of complex heat treatment. It＇s life has increased 3 to 5 times than 3Cr2W8V electric steel.also having a glossy surface.
