摘要
研究了甲醇与环氧丙烷在碱性催化剂TA存在下均相合成丙二醇甲醚的过程。在甲醇与环氧丙烷的配比为3∶1~5∶1(mol),催化剂使用量为0.5%~1.0%,反应温度60~120℃条件下,环氧丙烷转化率在99%以上,丙二醇甲醚的选择性在95%以上。对该反应的动力学研究表明,反应为一连串平行反应,并建立了相应的动力学模型。
A process of reacting propylene oxide with methanol using basic catalyst TA is investigated. Under the reaction conditions of the methanol/PO molar ratio between 3∶1 ̄5∶1,the temperature beteen 60 ̄120℃ and the amount of TA between 0.5% ̄1.0%, the conversion of propylene oxide is more than 99%, and the selectivity of PM is higher than 95%. The research of reaction kinetics shows that the reaction is a consecutive parallel one. Reaction kinetic model has been established.
