摘要
基于指数分布场合的无失效数据(ti,ni),引进失效信息,提出了产品可靠性参数估计的方法,同时结合发动机的实际问题进行了计算,结果表明本文提出的估计方法可行。
In this paper , a method for product reliability parameter estimation is proposed based on exponential distribution and invalidation information introduction. Using this method, a calculation for some real engine problems is performed and the result shows that the method supplied in this paper is practicable.
