摘要
文章从信息时代发展和思想政治教育本身需要的角度,在全面分析网络与思想政治教育的关系、网络思想政治教育含义的基础上,明确提出并初步揭示网络思想政治教育环境的基本内涵。网络思想政治教育环境是指在网络社会中,影响人的思想政治道德素质形成、发展和网络思想政治教育活动开展的一切外部因素的有机总和。文章认为,网络思想政治教育环境对教育对象具有导向、塑造和规范作用,对教育活动具有提供条件、营造氛围和把握脉搏的作用,并有效地促进着教育对象与教育活动的协调融合。文章还提出了坚持取我所需、为我所用,努力优化网络思想政治教育环境的一系列原则、方法和途径,具有一定的理论价值和借鉴意义。
In view of the development of information age and the increasing need for ideological and political education itself, this paper defines what Intemet - based Ideological and Political Education is and analyzes the relationship between Intemet and Ideological and Political Education, and then proposes the basic connotation of Internet - based Ideological and Political Education Environment. The author holds that Intemet - based Ideological and Political Education Environment is all the external factors in online community that shape people＇s ideological and politics quality and influence how Intemet - based Ideological and Political Education activities are conducted. We think Intemet - based Ideological and Political Education Environment can guide, shape and regulate the education targets, provide the condition and build atmosphere for the education activities, and effectively promote the coordination between education targets and education activities. The paper also puts forward a series of principles and methods to optimize Intemet - based Ideological and Political Education Environment, such as ＂taking what we need to serve our own purpose＂, which are of some theoretical value and can be used as reference for future research.
