摘要
供应链管理的实质是共生、协同、增值、共赢。在供应链竞争时代,唯有建立在共生关系基础上的共生战略,才能实现供应链各主体的和谐发展。基于供应链存在的理由以及两个涉农供应链主体的角色定位,都揭示了企业与农户的共生关系。共生机制与共生路径分析则是维系和强化这一关系的微观解理,而共生环境的营造则为这一关系提供了极好的发展空间。
The substance of supply chain management is symbiosis and conjunction, increasing in value and winness- totally. In the supply chain ages, harmonious developments of business enterprise and peasant household depend on the symbiosis strategy based on the symbiosis relation. This text mainly analyzes the reason that peasant household and the business enterprise set up symbiosis relations, symbiosis mechanism and symbiosis path, points out finally that constructing the good symbiosis environment is advantageous to the symbiosis relation development.
