摘要
提出将大局宽比燃烧器进行上下分组,并采用带有侧二次风的水平浓缩煤粉燃烧器来解决炉壁结渣的问题。对此进行的冷态模化试验研究和数值模拟研究指出:燃烧器分组使炉内气流旋转相对直径、壁面附近切向速度与最大切向速度之比、旋转动量等明显减小,炉膛内充满度良好。数值模拟结果与试验数据吻合较好。
A method is put forward that the burner is grouped and the horizontal bias combustion pulver- ized coal burner with side-secondary air is adopted in order to resist slagging on the water cool tubes.The cold model experimental study and numerical simulation are carried out in the laboratory.The airflow swirling relative dismeter,the ratio of tangential velocity near water xool tubes to the maximum tangential veloity and the swirling momentum decrease significantly after the burner is grouped.The airflowfulls in the furnace well.The numerical simulation results agree with experimental data on the whole.
