摘要
随着高校扩招以及高等教育普遍收费的进行,越来越多的贫困大学生为了缓解经济压力不得不勤工俭学。文章指出了勤工俭学的本质特征,并讨论了认定劳动关系成立的形式,主张将勤工俭学纳入劳动法的保护范围。
With the higher school enrollment enlargement and the universal educational fees, more and more poor students have to work for study so as to relieve their economic pressures.This paper points out the essence of working for study, discusses the form of determining establishment of labor relationship, and insists that work-study be included into to the protection of labor law.
