摘要
文章从高校人力资源价值评估的制约因素、理论支撑、环境支撑、需求支撑四个方面对高校人力资源价值评估进行可行性分析,以引起高校及其有关主管部门重视,从而有利于充分发挥人力资源类无形资产的效用,重视核心竞争力,从而提高高校的有形资产的效率,实现资源的最佳组合.
The feasibility analysis on the evaluation of human resources in colleges is taken from the aspoets of limiting factors, theoritical support, environmental support and demand support, which .has drawn the management's close attention. It's good for making full use of the invisible assets of human resources, revising emphasis on competitive power. We can improve the efficiency of the visible assets in colleges and realize the best constitution of resources.
