Su Shifeng, Director of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau （CPPLB）, introduced that China, at present, owns oil and gas pipeline 40,000 km long; according to the layout plan, China will increase another 25,000 km gas pipeline during the 11th Five-year Plan （2006-2010）.
