摘要
建立自带冠叶片碰撞减振的力学模型和数学模型,用理论方法和试验方法研究碰撞减振效果与叶片结构参数之间的关系.研究结果表明,自带冠叶片碰撞减振具有很好的减振效果,其动应力水平与叶片负荷的关系很小,适合于中短叶片.并提出自带冠叶片的设计方法和可靠性准则,考虑非线性的影响.
Mechanical and mathematical models of impact damping for integrally shrouded blade (ISB) are established in this paper. The relationship between damping effect and blade structure parameters is investigated with theoretical analysis and testing. Research results show that the damping effect and related dynamical stress is slightly sensitive to the blade load. The impact damping of ISB is very effective in controlling dynamical stress, especially for shorter blades. The design procedures and security criterion of ISB are also presented with consideration of the non-linear influence.
