摘要
本文通过扫描电子显微镜观察Ｖｅｒｏ细胞在微载体培养过程中的迁移情况，发现在不同培养阶段，Ｖｅｒｏ细胞迁移方式不同；在分泌形成的细胞外基质上，Ｖｅｒｏ细胞迁移是通过其中的层粘连蛋白介导进行的，被层粘连蛋白抗体抑制；
Migrations of Vero cells on Microcarrier were studied by electron microscopy.It was found that migratory manners of Vero cells were differ in different culture duration;Migration of Vero cell on extracellular matrix was inhibited by anti laminin IgG suggesting that it was mediated by laminin in the extracellular matrix secreted by Vero cells.The migration resulted in multilayer growth phenomena of Vero cells on microcarriers.
