肝移植中应用边缘供肝的相关研究新进展 被引量：3

摘要 供肝短缺是当今制约临床肝移植发展的主要问题。临床上经常遇到脂肪肝供体、高龄供体、乙肝表面抗原阳性供体、冷缺血时限较长等边缘供肝（marginal donor）问题。我们就近年来国外有关边缘供肝在临床肝移植的应用及效果的最新进展做一综述。总体上说边缘供肝可以扩大供肝来源且疗效确切。
