摘要
以4种不同浓度的 Na_2S_2O_3溶液喷施烟草,研究其对叶片光合和呼吸效应、酶活性、根系活力以及叶片干重的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,随着 Na_2S_2O_3浓度的提高,光合速率、根系活力、叶片干重也相应增加,而呼吸速率、过氧化物酶和乙醇酸氧化酶活性在各种浓度下则均表现下降或受抑制,这有利于积累干物质和改善烟叶品质。用50,100ppm 的 Na_2S_2O_3溶液处理的烟草,株型较好,烟叶产量显著提高。
Treated with 4 concentrations of Na_2 S_2 O_3 solution,the effects of Na_2 S_2 O_3 on the leaf photosynthesis and respiration,the activities of enzymes,the root vigor and the leaf dry weight of the tobacco plant were studied.The results showed that.in a certain range of Na_2 S_2 O_3,the rate of photosynthesis,the root vigor and the leaf dry weight of the tobac- co plant were increased with the raise of Na_2 S_2 O_3 concentrations,while the rate of respira- tion,the activities of peroxidase and glycolic acid oxidase were reduced or inhibited at any concentrations of Na_2 S_2 O_3 solution applied.These would be faverable for the accumulation of dry matter and the improvement of tobacco quality.The tobacco plants sprayed with 50 and 100 ppm of Na_2 S_2 O_3 solution had better growth with the marked increase of leaf yield.
