摘要
蚜霉菌(Enlomophthora pesenii)菌落生长和分生孢子产生的适温范围为20～30℃。20℃下温度对孢子的存活有利,分生孢子的致死温度为44℃。同时还研究了分生孢子产生、萌发的数学模型以及菌落生长的数学模型。
The present paper dealt with the effections of temperature on the growth of phypha,the production and the germination of the spores of Entomophthora fresenii.The re- sult showed that the favorable termperature for the growth of the phypha was that between 15 and 30℃,for production and germination of the spores was that between 20 and 30℃.The lethal temperature for the spore was 44℃.Some math equations for the growth of the phypha,the production and the germination of the spores were established.
