摘要
对许多样本内生物种群发生的同异性进行了研究。从种群发生的数量上和品种组成结构的同异性2个角度同时进行模糊聚类分析,提出一个计算模糊相似系数的适用公式。还讨论了对数据进行无量纲化的利弊。根据具体情况恰当选取无量纲化的公式和从不同角度聚类的需要选取计算模糊相似系数的适用公式;并以实例反馈说明我们建立的公式是符合实际的。
A study was conducted on the singularity and similarity in occurrence of biological population within lots of samples.It is suggested that the fuzzy cluster analyses should be made simultaneously from two aspects of quantity of occurred population and constituent structure of varieties.A suitable formula was given for calculating the fuzzy similar coefficients.The following points are also discussed:the merits and demerits of non-dimensionalization of data;selection of suitable non-dimensional formula according to concrete conditions;selection of suitable formula for calculating fuzzy similar coeffecients according to the requirement from different aspects in cluster,and then,with the feedback of examples,we attempt to confirm that the formula we developed is practicable.
