摘要
在讨论比较两种三阶非线性波导全光开关基础上,提出弧形结构波导的全光开关设计.应用光束传播法给出了弧形波导全光开关的输入、输出开关特性以及优化设计结果.结果表明,弧形波导全光开关具有较低的开关功率,数值化多次开关特性,有着弱光非线性全光开关的应用前景.
Based on the two different third order nonlinear devices, a new device design, all optical arc shape waveguide switching, was proposed. The beam propagation method (BPM) is used to simulate and optimize the design and input output characteristics. The result shows that the all optical arc shape wave guide switching has low switching power,digital switching feature, and good prospects for the application.
