摘要
近年来,国内外农业发展的实践充分证明,农业产业化是调整农村产业结构、提高农业生产效率、增加农民收入、强县富民的有效途径,是实现全面建设小康社会战略目标,统筹城乡经济社会协调发展,壮大县域经济的重要突破口。
In recent years, the agricultural development practice in China and abroad fully prove that agricultural industrialization is very effective to adjust the structure of rural industry, to improve the efficiency in agricultural production, to increase the farmers＇ income and to enrich the people and the county. At the same time, it is also the important breach of realization of the strategic objective of building an overall well - off society, the coordinated growth of both urban and suburban economy and the expansion of county economy. For this purpose, the paper started with the present situation of agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang, analyzed the roles that the agricultural industrialization would play in promoting county economic development and primary problems in Xinjiang, and advanced some suggestions concerning making policies.
