摘要
针对用三维有限元法对多缸机曲轴进行强度计算时很难确定其边界条件的情况,以截断法、连续梁法计算所得结果,用多种模型及边界条件进行计算比较,对三维有限元法在曲轴强度计算中的有效应用进行了探讨.
It is difficult to determine the boundary conditions when the crankshaft strength of the multi-cylinder engine is calculated with 3-dimensional finite element method. In this paper, on the basis of the results obtained from the cutting method and continuous beam method, several models and boundary conditions are set up, which may be used to deal with the effective application of 3-dimensional FEM to the calculation of crankshaft strength.
