摘要
建立新型的电子文件管理机构既是电子文件自身的需要,也是电子政务建设的需要。深入探讨建立电子文件中心的作用、意义、结构模型和建设原则,有助于解决电子文件管理存在的问题。
It ' s necessary to set up a new institution to manage e - documents for the sake of the e - document itself and of e - government affairs . This paper holds that establishing an e - document centre contributes to management of e - documents. It has come up with a tentative plan after detailed discussion of e - document centre' s function, structural model and its principle of construction.
