摘要
由于理论薄弱、认识误区、制度不全及机制欠活,使得部分中小学校在实施聘任制的情况下接受和重视人性化管理的程度还不够。要解决这一问题,可采取以下对策:(1)更新理念,强化管理;(2)健全体制,科学实施;(3)完善管理机制,全员参与管理。
This thesis firstly analyzes the main reason that causes problems of school humanistic administration from the perspective of system of employment. It secondly expounds the meaning of humanistic administration of teacher' s employment, Lastly the basic strategy of how to implement school humanistic administration is raised relating to the system of teacher' s, cmpjoyment.
