摘要
固体颗粒悬浮是搅拌工艺要求常见的一种。固体颗粒绝大多数情况是沉于罐底,而本例阐述的是固体颗粒浮于液面情况下,利用搅拌产生的旋涡,使固体颗粒分散于液体中的结构设计。现场使用情况与预期的效果基本相符。
Solid suspension is a common phenomenon in chemical process. Solid particles usually precipitate at the bottom. But, the situation described in this article is that the solid particles floats just below the liquid surface, and in this condition, with the eddy created by agitation, the solid particles ean disperse well in the liquid.
