摘要
应用紫外分光光度法测定了油茶新梢生长过程中茎尖、叶片的蛋白质、核酸含量的变化。结果表明,新梢茎尖的蛋白质含量的变化趋势与RNA含量的变化趋势相一致;叶片的核酸含量和生长之间呈现平行性,随着叶片的生长而下降,核酸含量高的幼叶生长最快。并讨论了RNA含量的变化与蛋白质的合成和新梢生长的关系。
The nucleic acid and protein content of shoot apexes and leaves were detemined during Camellia oleif era's shoot growth. It turned out that protein content changes in shoot are similar to the changes in RNA content,and that the nucleic acid contents of leaves decrease with the leaves growth, they are maximum on youngest leaves, which grow fastest. The relationship between the changes in RNA content and protein synthesis,the shoot growth and development is also discussed in present paper.
