摘要
本文报导福建酸竹的分布、群落类型、笋期生长规律及营养成分的分析,据测定结果,其蛋白质和磷的含量(3.9g/100g和113mg/100g)分别比一般竹笋高38%和66%,比绿竹笋高105%和117%。调查研究证明:福建酸竹产量高、营养丰富和笋味甜美,实为一个新的优良笋用竹种。文章最后提出对福建酸竹天然资源开发利用的途径。
This paper systematically presents an overview of the distribution, community types, developing characteristics and the nutrient values of Acidosa-sa longiligula. The obtained results from the said bamboo shoots show higher protein and phosphate contents ( 3.90 g/100g and 113 mg/100g fresh tissue) of 38% and 66% over ordinary bamboo shoots, 105% and 117% over Sinocalamus ol-dhami respectively. The investigation suggests Acidosasa longiligula be a profitable species for the production of its bamboo shoots. The paper also discusses several possible measures for the exploitation and utilization of this wild-state bamboo resources.
