摘要
介绍了使用相反转法制备双酚A型环氧树脂水基乳液,研究表面活性剂类别及其用量、乳化温度、树脂分子量、溶剂的种类等各种因素对环氧树脂乳液颗粒度大小和稳定性的影响。得出结论:乳化剂类别及其用量对乳液的粒度及其分布影响明显;溶剂对乳液稳定性影响很大,合适的溶剂能提高其稳定性而不合适的溶剂反而使稳定性变差;乳化工艺尤其乳化温度是影响乳液稳定性的重要因素;双酚A环氧树脂的分子量越大,采用相反转法制备稳定的环氧乳液越困难。
This paper introduces the preparation of waterborne bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion by phase inversion and investigates the effects of such factors as surfactant type and amount, emulsifying temperature, resin molecular weight and solvent type on the particle size and stability of epoxy emulsion. It is concluded that the emulsifier type and amount have remarkable effect on the particle size and size distribution of the emulsion; the solvent type has significant effect on the emulsion stability; the emulsifying parameters, esp. the temperature, are also important for the emulsion stability, and the bigger the molecular weight ofbisphenol A epoxy resin, the more difficult to make stable epoxy emulsion by phase inversion.
