摘要
以油包水高内相比乳液模板法制备了聚苯乙烯多孔材料,材料的泡孔直径5~35um,通道直径2.9~6um。探讨和分析了乳化剂、非反应性溶剂、分散相(水)以及有机相中共聚组分的用量对聚苯乙烯多孔材料断面形态的影响。结果表明,通过控制原料配比和反应条件可以达到控制泡孔和通道直径的目的,从而制得特定泡孔和通道尺寸的多孔材料。
The porous polystyrene materials were prepared using water-in-oil high internal phase emulsions (HIPEs) as templates. The void diameter was between 5 -35um, and the diameter of channel was 2.9 -6um. The factors such as the content of emulsifier, non-reactive solvent, disperse phase (water) and amount of copolymerizing components in organic phase influencing on the features of the morphology of porous polystyrene material section were discussed and analyzed. The results showed that the porous materials with special void and channel could be prepared by controlling material ratio and processing conditions.
