摘要
本文测定了亚洲小车蝗痘病毒对黄胫小车蝗的室内杀虫效果及用黄胫小车蝗增殖该病毒的最适接种剂量。亚洲小车蝗痘病毒对黄胫小车蝗的致死中量为７．４×１０３ＯＢＳ／头。用２×１０６、１×１０７和５×１０７ＯＢＳ／ｍＬ的包涵体悬浮液接种黄胫小车蝗３龄若虫，校正死亡率分别达３１．８％、５４．２％、８３．０％。用黄胫小车蝗４龄若虫增殖该病毒的最适接种剂量为５×１０４ＯＢＳ／头。
The insecticidal effect of Oedaleus asiticus entomopoxvirus on O.infernalis and the optimum inoculation dose for propagation were studied in laboratory. The 50% lethal dose of this entomopoxvirus to O.infernalis was 7.4×10 3OBS per grasshopper. The adjusted mortalities of O.infernalis with 2×10 5,1×10 7 and 5×10 7OBS/ml virus suspensions to 3rd instar nymph were 31.8%, 54.2% and 83.0% respectively. The optimum inoculation dose used in the propagation of this virus with 4th instar nymph was 5×10 4OBS/nymph.
