摘要
随着天然气的大量开采,天然气市场供需双方对计量准确度要求越来越高,输气系统的输差问题就越发突出起来。目前国内天然气市场以供方计量为准,由于诸多因素的影响供需双方交接差较大,不能反映实际,常引起计量纠纷。本文针对气田投产初期输差较大的问题,从仪表安装、组分变化、程序参数设置及使用条件变化等几个方面分析了输差问题产生的原因,并提出了问题的解决方法及建议。
As the large exploitation of gas, the both sides of natural gas supply and demanding paid more and more attention to the accuracy of measurement, so the transportation discrepancy problem about the system of gas transportation become more serious. Recently, the domestic gas market measurement is standard by the suppliers, but the various kinds of influence changed the volume of business, which often cause the dispute of measurement. This article is aimed atthe big problem of the transportation discrepancy in the initial stage of the gas field commissioning , analyzing the reason of the problem of the transportation discrepancy by the installing of meter,the change of composing ,the change of program parameter establishing and using condition , and so on. It also give some suggestions and resolution for those problems.
