摘要
[目的]通过观察中药麻芩咳喘合剂对哮喘豚鼠嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)及其阳离子蛋白(ECP)的影响,初步探讨该方治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制。[方法]二级Hartley雄性豚鼠60只随机分为正常对照组、模型组、泼尼松组和麻芩咳喘合剂组,镜下观察各组支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中Eos数量变化,并采用放免法测定血清ECP浓度。[结果]麻芩咳喘合剂组BALF中Eos计数明显低于模型组和泼尼松组,而血清ECP的分布与模型组比较亦有显著性差异。[结论]中药麻芩咳喘合剂可能具有减少哮喘豚鼠体内Eos数量和抑制Eos活化的双重作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Maqin Kechuan mistura (Mistura of Ephedra and Baikal Skullcap Root for Treating Asthma) on eosinophil (EOS) and eosinophil cation protein (ECP) of guinea pigs with asthma. The mechanism of Maqin Kechuan mistura was explored. [Methods] Sixty male Hartley guinea pigs were divided into four groups randomly: control group, Asthma group, Prednisone group and Maqin Kechuan mistura group. The amount of EOS in the lung was calculated under optical microscope and the concentration of ECP in serum was examined by radioimmunoassay method. [Results] The amount of EOS in Maqin Kechuan mistura group was reduced significantly. The content of ECP in serum of guinea pigs of Maqin Kechuan mistura group was also remarkably different from that of asthma group. [Conclusions] Maqin Kechuan mistura may reduce the amount of EOS and the content of ECP of guinea pigs with asthma.
