摘要
目的探讨大学生艾滋病关联知识、对待艾滋病感染者态度、对婚前性行为看法以及对使用安全套的自我效能之间的关系,为制定大学生艾滋病宣传教育策略提供依据。方法应用对应分析方法对浙江省沿海某市2所综合性大学所有在校学生的调查问卷进行分析。结果艾滋病关联知识得分高的学生对待艾滋病感染者通常是“保持关系”;对婚前性行为持“完全同意”的态度;使用安全套的自我效能高。而得分低的学生对待艾滋病感染者通常是“停止所有接触”;“完全不同意”婚前性行为;使用安全套的自我效能低。结论加强艾滋病相关知识的宣传教育的同时,要强调预防艾滋病的安全行为的建立和维持,并注意培养学生的自我效能。
Objective To discuss the relationship of HIV related knowledge, attitude to friend living with HIV or AIDS, perspective to premarital sex behavior and self efficiency to condom use in university students, and to give suggestions for making HIV or AIDS education strategy. Methods Correspondence analysis method was used to analyse the questionnaires of the investigation in two universities of Zhejiang coastal city. Results Students who got high scores in HIV/AIDS related knowledge would usually keep the relationship with friend living with HIV or AIDS, agree with premarital sex behavior and have the self efficiency to condom use; but students who got low scores in HIV related knowledge would usually stop the relationship with friend who living with HIV or AIDS, disagree with premarital sex behavior and haven＇ t the self efficiency to condom use. Coonclusion HIV education as well as developing safe behavior and self efficiency should be strengthened in university.
