摘要 根据仓库、远洋集装箱等温度实时监控的需要,将嵌入式技术与ZigBee无线通信技术相结合,以MCU芯片ATmega128L和射频芯片CC2420为核心设计出功耗低、体积小、功能强、操作方便灵活、适于各种工作环境温度实时临控的温度采样仪。介绍了系统的构成和工作原理,硬件选择和软件设计。通过软件系统的设置,既可分别对单个温度采样点的温度进行采样并存贮,也可接合射频芯片对温度进行无线实时监控。经初步应用,运行稳定。 According to the need of temperature for real-time monitoring in warehouse and open sea container, the real-time monitoring temperature sampling instrument, taking MCU chip ATmega128L and radio frequency chip CC2420 as the core, is designed by combining embedded technology with the ZigBee wireless communication. The advantage of temperature sampling instrument is low power, small volume, strong function, convenient flexible operation, and suitable for all kinds of working conditions. The systematic structure and working principle were introduced as well as the hardware choice and the software design. Through software system establishment, it can not only separately sample and store the temperature of a single temperature sampling spot, but also carry out the wireless real-tlme monitoring to the temperature by the radio frequency chip. After the preliminary application, the operation is stable .
