摘要
女性农民是建设社会主义新农村的重要力量,必须充分调动其积极性和主动性,强化他们在农业生产、文化建设和政治建设方面的主体意识。在建设社会主义新农村过程中,我们必须从提高农村女性自我认识入手,促进主体意识的内在觉醒;加大教育的全面投入,提高她们的综合素质,增强自主和创造能力;同时还要加强政府制度保障,为巩固和体现农村女性主体地位营造外部环境。
Female farmers are the major force in building of new socialistic countryside. We must fully arouse their enthusiasm and initiative, strengthen female subject consciousness in agricultural production, cultural and political construction. Starting with improving rural women＇s serf- awareness, promoting inherently wakening of subject consciousness. Simultaneously increasing largely educational inputs in order to improve their comprehensive quality, enhanee their independent and creativity. Finally it is a external environment that we reinforce the system of government to consolidate and reflect the rural women＇s subject status.
