摘要
社会主义新农村建设的过程也是农村现代化的过程,它需要诸多要素的优化组合。然而我国西部欠发达地区农村在诸多方面都与新农村建设的目标要求存在较大差距。为此,必须通过观念创新、产业创新、基础创新、投入创新与制度创新的路径,推进西部欠发达地区社会主义新农村建设的持续发展。

However it existence big disparity in many aspects that west owes the developed local countryside our country and the new rural reconstruction goal request. Therefore, It must advancement owes the developed area socialism new rural reconstruction the continually development, through the idea innovation, the industrial innovation, the foundation innovation, the investment innovation and the system innovation way.
