摘要
以确保和提高船员培训质量为宗旨的船员培训监督管理是船员管理工作中的一项重要工作,本文从影响船员培训质量的因素分析入手,有针对性的提出了海事管理对策,以期做好船员培训监督管理这项工作。
This paper analyzes the influential factors of the quality of the seafarers＂ training, and probes to some suggestions of marine management in order to ensure and improve the quality of the seafarers＇training.
